Race Specific Quests

Im having some problems with these quests. I have 62 quests done altogether. What I am wanting to know is, do you need around 12-15 per nation? Or do you need certain quests done. I have done so many quests lately I could tell you anything about any quest you would ever want to know. And btw most of the quests I have done are bastok, and 17 in Sandoria. But windurst I only have done 8.
If anyone has any tips PLEASE post away! I have been going crazy over these.....

Every quest offers a certain amount of fame, and fame from every nation contirbutes to your Jueno fame. You'll hear a lof people say things like "50 quests done to get this quest" and that may be true for them if they did quests that offer more fame. I can tell you for certain that you do not need to complete any quests from other nations to get your RSE quest. I can't tell you how many you need in your own nation though

So should I do from my own nation? I been reading about how many people had done. Some said they had a ton from there own nation, and only like 10-15 from other places and got the quest. So should I do more in bastok?
