What's the quest that need Royal Jelly (sp?)

I was levelling my BST in CN and killed a couple Bees in there, and the item (Royal Jelly) drop. I remember seeing a thread about this quest long long time ago, but could find it. Any one have idea who's this quest giver is?

it's actually a 2 part quest, first accept the "Housewife's trouble" quest in jueno, I'm not sure, but I believe you get this quest from one of the people in the houses in lower jueno named Neruru.
Once you have that quest, go to culinarians guild in windhurst and talk to Maysoon. He'll ask for the royal jelly, trade to him and he'll give you a special pan that the quest giver in jueno wanted.
