I went to the Sandorian embassy for Pt.1 .. but no1 gives me a cutscene. Does that mean I have to do the windurst part 1st?

With what you said in your post, I couldn't tell what you were talking about. San d'Orian embassy with no location given sounded more like an embassy in San d'Oria.

Anyhow, did you talk to Halver first? If so, did you select the option for �E�C��_�X�A�M or �T��h��A��?�?

No1 in the embassy gave me any options.. they all just gave me one-liners

When I did the mission 6, I used the guide from the missions page, I think it's very clear.
Did you follow the guide?
