Aspir Knife?
I found an aspir knife on a NM of some type and dont know what to do with it. Ive looked around and dont see anything about it. I cannot sell it to a NPC or Auction House. Anyone know if there is indeed a quest related to the Aspir Knife?

It is used for Mission 6 if you go to Windy first.
