Astral Ring & Serket Ring -- Tell me what you know

Okay, not only do I really really want these, as an Elvaan WHM I NEED them ... so post any info please. One of them (forget which atm) I heard is from a chest in Oztroja (which I don't even know where that is) so basically any other details are new to me other than that they're really expensive to buy in the AH.

I think it's the Oztroja coffer... maybe it's the chest, I dunno. But you can't get it until your level is much higher, or you're a thief with lots of invis/sneak oils.
Serket ring would drop from Serket I'd suppose... which again you can't kill until your level is a lot higher.
