Tenshodo Membership

Alright I've searched every ffxi site I can read and I just can't seem to find out how "I" can join the Tenshodo.
It says to goto the Neptune Spire or whatever and talk to the mithra behind the counter and pick the invisible third option but I just can't get my curser on the 3rd option. I can only get to the Show me your stuff and Im doing fine options.

If you can give me a detailed way to get into the Tenshodo it'll be greatly appreciated.

You just need more fame. I believe I got the quest with around 50 world quests completed.

Step 1, buy a tenshodo membership off AH for 500 gil
Step 2, Trade to mithra
Step 3, walk through door at end of hall
Step 4, /joy motion

GUYs i need your help soooo much help help help help! ive been getting zinc ore and im at like 48 and ran out of room on my mule, ....i went to warehouse 2 and talked to the guy who someone said im supposed to talk to, i did that...he didnt give me the quest.....do i have to boost up my fame for bastok? im from san d'oria plz tell me asap so i can start doing something and not waste my time plz! if i need more fame how many quests, and could you list easy, repeatable and just flat out buy and trade quests plz plz help me
