It's called "Present" in Japanese and it is 2nd in 3 continuing quest with Oswald. I have finished the 1st quest in the series and my fame is very high.
I have checked JP sites and don't know why I'm not getting this quest to activate. It's no big deal, but I want to get rid of these quest items that I have been holding in my inventory.

You teach it a wrong greeting. After waiting for some time, speak to Kororo to activate the quest.
