where do you find the siren's tear?

Just take the exit out of port and you'll come upon a river, search the end of it to find a ???
Make sure you have no equipments on (no equip at all including armour rings earrings weapons shield, everything, you must be stark naked to get the item).

which part of the river? theres 2 in north gustaberg. thx.

You don't have to be completely nakkid to get the Tear. All I had to do was remove my sword and shield.

The river is the one to the south of the Hill.
