Question about item found in Beadeaux - Final Fantasy XI :: Dreams in Vana'diel :: Community

Was in Beadeaux last night wrapping up m10, and I got a "Bowl of Quadav stew", it's a yellow/green circle item (rare/cant exchange), and was wondering if anyone knew about it. The description is "It's impossible to tell what ingredients have been added to this hodgepodge." It's "use"able meaning I can eat it probably, but I don't want to... any idea what it's for?

That item is needed for THF AF1 quest. You have to be at least a level 40 THF to accept it.
