Mog House 2 quest not offered... - Final Fantasy XI :: Dreams in Vana'diel :: Community

Hi, i need some help in troubleshooting why i am not offered the MH2 quest...got the mahogany bed and its sitting in my MH for 2 earth weekends already. Still no quest offered...

Home country is Bastok. My bastok quest count is 41 and sando 38 (or was it 28?? cannot remember), wind 6

and the other miscs ones summing up to about 20.

Is there a certain requirement to get the quest offered other than the bed?

I have enough fame to complete Gob bag 4 but no MH2 ><.

its the 3rd weekend and still no quest is offered by mog......

Anyone has any idea on what are the triggers for this quest?

lol, me too, .... heard that u need a total of 100 quests completed. Just do as many Hometown quest as possible...

I have 44 Bastok quests up to date...i think my total quest count is >100...

I have LS mates who have less than 100 quests but they still got the MH2 quest...

Still wondering if it is a bug?

I ve seen somewhere in these forums that the idea with Mog quests is that after you have the prerequisites you are chosen RANDOMLY from other players that have it too to finish the quest.

im having trouble with mog 1. I dont have many hometown quests, maybe 15? but i have 50+ originals and everytime i visit bastok and go into my mog he wont give it to me, my beds been in there for like a month. Im starting to think my moogle doesnt like me

Well maybe then the random nature of the quest is in play then...anyone knows if there are any jp sites that talk more about the moghouse quests??

eh, that sux, hope that doesnt happen in Beta, once i can find Mahogany Bed, that is.

eh- Neo (considers helping him) um talk to a char name Lyra, shes like lvl 15, but guilds almost constantly, she can make both the power bow and betlle ring needed, I think a few have gone up 4 sale in San AH but didnt sell, she doesnt over charge, even though she does kinda have a monopoly on the market.

I've had my bed in for 2 weeks but so far nothing. and I have 136 quests done and then over 50 repeats : (
maybe home country has to be in firstplace in conquest to receive quest (my wild random guess)
