You need

to have significant fame

to accept quest from guttrix.

so do some other quests first

and take some writing classes

please.

Go to designated area on whatever day.
Use key to open chest.
Get key item.
Go to guttrix.
Pick which item you want.

Repeat 2-5 three more times.
