Windurst Mission 3

I'm having a little trouble starting the 3rd mission in windurst. When I talk to the gate guard who gives missions, I select the 3rd option. He tells me some stuff and then I have 2 more options. Which one do I select? I've tried both, but after I select either one, I'm supposed to talk to a taru taru on the roof of some building in the lower windurst waters. Which building? I tried the one on the rhinostery, but he says one line and then stops talking. Thanks a lot.

I know what to say to the gate guard, and I found the npc yagudos in giddeus. All I need to know is who to talk to in Windurst to activate the mission.

After you talked to the npc yagudos, then you get a cut scene back at the taru. What did you do after that? The gate gaurd won't give me the next mission yet.

2. activate w/ taru on roof
3. talk to both npc yagudos
4. talk to taru on roof
5. talk to gate guard
