looks like once you get 4 of the Animal God's Seals (dropped by many lv60+ PT monsters), you have to trade them to 4 people in Vana'diel...you won't get any quest related conversation from the tradee, you'll simply trade the seal and recieve the key item...
When your trade is successful, you'll get a key item - ?l��?� - (Stone of Man's Presence) from that person...talk to Maat again after getting 4 sone key items...

獣神印章は楽以上の強さの敵が落とします。
獣神印章をこっそり渡すと、何も言わずに人面石をくれるという人物の特徴は

人によって渡す人物が異なるようです。
4人に渡してそれぞれから人面石を渡された後、Maatに話せば終了。

マートのヒントを元に、

From information given by Maat, you should present a special Beastman's Seal to 4 people around the world. If you gather the "Stones on Man's Presence", it can break the following limit it seems.

When I talked to maat he said 4 things. One person in selbina, one in palborough, and the other 2 i forgot. I'm going to talk to him again and see if he repeats what he said.

Maat gives you hints to 4 NPCs you need to trade the coin to. This is what I got. Any help would be most appreciated, I just spent the past 13hours hunting the coins with some LS members >_<

I'm not familiar with this quest/NPC. I dont want to try to trade with every NPC in Windurst ^^:

Edit - found out that it's Kupipi in Heavens Tower. (trade Rollanberry - part of Blm AF quest) :sweat:

There is only one Rolanberry-related quest in Windurst so it should be that NPC.

I completed 3 out of 4 important item (no luck in lot-in the last seal).
You'll get same important item name in your list, after get all 4 then head to Maat...

um, i accidentally talked to the NPC (out of habbit first, but i was like "oh hell" and traded a seal anyways... I still got the ?l��?� though, are you sure u can't talk to the NPCs?

you can still talk to them...the translation kinda threw me off there...it's just that you won't get any kind of conversation from them when you trade, you'll just trade the seal and get the ?l��?� with no talk...

The girl who is fond of Rolanberries - Isn't that the taru you speak to in Heaven's Tower for the Windurst Missions (next to the World Pass guy), who got all mad that you didn't bring her a gift from Jeuno? I know I spoke to someone next to her, and I was told that she was probably mad cause you didn't bring her rolanberries.

Yes I know this has been solved, just wanted to know if I was right =P

Second, can someone post this quest again in english? Some of the stuff above I could read - like Jonnyram's post - but I have no idea what it's for =P An explanation of the quest would be nice =) (yes I know its for the level cap, but I don't know why he's listing these people).
