So, i want to Pvp my friend, just for fun, but I don't want to do some crazy thing like Ballista or whatever.
So i heard of some area in Jueno or Ghelsba Outpost where you can talk to an npc or something and just fight your friend. So, how do i do that?? What npc? Is there a link on wiki? Cuz i couldn't find one.
Any help would be good, since we just wana fight one another.
There is no link on the wiki because no such thing exists. You heard wrong, unfortunately.
FFXI is, at it's core, a cooperative game. So maybe find a desire to work together instead of a desire to fight each other. Or at least learn to do so within the confines of the systems in place for PvP.
What you heard about was Diorama Abdhaljs-Ghelsba, a special-purpose Ballista battleground. You need to play in Ballista to earn some BP first, but you can spend BP with an NPC in Ru'lude Gardens to get a reservation for Diorama. Reservations are two hours long, and you get to decide the level cap, rules options, etc. You trade "pages" from a book to others so they can also come into the Diorama. It's still technically Ballista, with rooks and petras and all, but most people just use it for one-on-one duel-type fights like you talked about.
I didn't forget about it. But it follows the same basic rules of Ballista, so I figured that wasn't what he was after. But thanks for providing the links guys, I should have just to cover all the bases.
Also; When I want to pvp, I find the Brenner Diorama to be more fun.

... something I would have said ... it's beautiful. ^_^
But . . . you are a mom!

Wrong game in my opinion. There's hundreds of online games which offer a more robust PvP environment (they're all over) Part of the problem is the inherent inability for players to do more than they can in a PVE-centric game like FFXI.
I heard good things about Guild Wars (many of my friends in WoW and FFXI are playing that now) so it might be worth your time to check it out.
