Server-wide PUP census

This is a little post I made up because I was a bit bored while waiting for my 2nd pup frame upgrade. There aren't that many pups on my server and I'd like to know if you fellow pups out there are as elusive as the pups on my server.

So to break the question, what's the highest and lowest amount of puppet masters have you seen in your server?

My go at Lakshmi is:

5-22 PUPs at one time (22 is the highest i've seen online at one go).

How about you guys?


P.S.: Incidentally, CORs also seem to be as elusive as we are on my server.

I've seen from about 8-15 in the whole world in the last week or so. Most have what seem to me to be strange subs too. /BLM more than I would expect.

COR numbers just a little higher, from 12-28 (and not a single COR/RNG.)
