Party Healing Macros

hi im in a party and we are trying to figure out what macro to put so that he is healed to max then it switches to me that way i don't need to waste mp if he doesn't need healed

No macro for that. Macros allow you to quickly cast spells, change gear, and use items/JAs/ etc without having to fumble through menus in real time. What macros do not allow you to do, however, is create automated scripts or otherwise use any kind of computer logic with them. They execute from start to finish, only being interrupted by the user, or incorrect commands.
