So many times I'm already half way through casting something when someone's shouting for it. RDMs tend to have a specific order they cast in, sometimes you get slowed down by other tasks, curing someone after a lot of damage, removing debuffs from someone, and you end up a couple of seconds behind your normal cycle, other times people just get impatient. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 01-28-2008, 10:49 AM | #37 (permalink) | | Ancient Reploid FFXIWiki Team Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Puerto Rico Posts: 2,461 Style: Light - Version 6 My Mood: Thanks: 137 Thanked 556x in 296 Posts Gil: 27,070 Bank: 0 Total Gil: 27,070 Donate | Re: What are your 'rules' for exp? It's a once-in-a-blue-moon affair when I actually get Haste as COR, but with SAM roll I can gain TP quickly and put up respectable #'s...WAR roll speeds up all of the other melees but me, so I'm either unable to get TP when I could squeeze in a WS, or when I'm ready to WS I have to sit on TP b/c the other 3 DDs just smoked the mob or we just pulled and I know better than to use Slug 2 seconds into the fight. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | 01-28-2008, 12:25 PM | #43 (permalink) | | Senior Member Brain of Knowledge Join Date: Oct 2003 Location: UK Posts: 1,475 Style: Light - Version 6 My Mood: Thanks: 3 Thanked 30x in 17 Posts Gil: 3,455 Bank: 3,396 Total Gil: 6,851 Donate | Re: What are your 'rules' for exp? If its a melee shouting for voke because they've SATA WSed at the start of a fight then its their own fault. Its its a WHM shouting for voke because they've got hate curing, then you should be holding hate better. Then if the WHM needs to cure that much then you're failing at /NIN anyway. | | ::Quote Selected:: | | The following user says "Thank You" to Kafeen for above post: | | | 01-28-2008, 01:27 PM | #44 (permalink) | | Brain of Knowledge Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Dumfries, Virgina Posts: 1,619 Style: Dark - Version 6 My Mood: Thanks: 598 Thanked 138x in 106 Posts Gil: 1,930 Bank: 9,771 Total Gil: 11,701 Donate | Re: What are your 'rules' for exp?
