Good Party Time in Kazham Today :D
Since I feel this forum should not only be used to show the negative aspects of partying, I wanna post a GOOD story.

So I'm on my RDM, and before maintenance I hit 24, which officially meant BYE BYE QUFIM, cause god knows I hate that place after a whole weekend of crappy parties. It got so bad I logged on my Galka and leveled RNG IN THE DUNES. So after maintenance I leave my flag up till I see a PLD seeking. I invite him and a few others and we head out to Yuhtunga Jungle. Party setup is;

PLD/WAR
THF/NIN
DRG/WAR
RDM/WHM(me)
RDM/BLM
BRD/WHM

I'm pretty sure the setup is the reason it was such a great pt now that I think about it >_>. I main healed and nuked, other RDM handled enfeebs and nuking, BRD gave buffs and backup healed once he hit 25 and got Ballad. The PLD was probably the best PLD I'd seen in a very long time in that level range. The Mandie's barely even hurt him, he'd throw Cures on other to get more aggro, it was just nuts. All I had to do was throw down a Regen and a Cure I between each Nuke and he never fell below 85%. When the Jungles became packed(as usual), we switched to Smithies when Mandies didn't pop yet and with the exception of Bomb Toss not much mp was lost for healing(wish I had Curaga >_>). Exp was great and coming fast due to this and throughout the entire hour and a half we only took a break to rest once.

Everyone in the PT was basically experienced and knew what they were doing, and even if we didn't have a BRD and only 1 healer, if it was the same people I'm sure it would have been just as easy since they all knew their roles and their strengths.

So basically I'm posting this to point out that even at lower levels there's no reason to gimp yourself, just play your best and unless your in a party full of gimps the reward will reflect your effort . My pt experience today was proof of this lol.

I'm glad you had a good party. But I don't honestly think they are as rare as you're making them out to be.

I've just had a bad weekend when it came to Qufim so having a good pt like that really just made me happy. I've been leveling in Qufim almost the ENTIRE WEEKEND, if I actually had to tell you everything that went wrong I probably wouldn't sleep tonight. Let's just say that this pt reminded me of why I like this game so much >_>

Glad to hear that. It sounded like the first time I started partying in Kazham. The member in the party I was in change a few time until finally we got a group that knew what they were doing and we had a great time. But regarless, there is always great party at each lvl but getting into one is the hard part because once someone is in a good party they less willing to leave until everyone decide to go.
