While there are good tactics and job mixes that can be used in each fight, the best one is always the one which suits the playing style, capabilties and skills of your available LS members.

Icemage hit the nail on the head. Every fight is different at end-game and your tactics can change depending on what jobs you have, how many people, etc.
I can give you an example of how my LS sets up for Sky Gods (sans Kirin):
Party 1 - Tank party. Usually 2 Tanks, and then filled out with Support, Healers, and a Summoner if we have one present. We generally use Paladin tanks, but not always and I think this is the case because we tend to have more Paladins than Ninjas.
Party 2 - Melee Damage party - We try to set up with DD that can do the Skill chains that correspond to the Enemies Weakness, and also take into account trying to make sure everyone has gotten a chance to fight. I think we include Rangers in this party.
Party 3 - Mage Damage party - Our last party consists mainly of Mages who can stun, deal damage through magic, and MB on Skillchains. A refresher in here is nice.
Outside of this group we will have Monks who boost for Chi Blast, and are subbed in and out.
Note that this is just a general outline we use for Sky Gods, and that we will change our set up according to how many show up and what jobs show up. Good luck with your Linkshell.
