Leveling spots 50-55 - Final Fantasy XI :: Dreams in Vana'diel :: Community

Anyone wanna give me some advice on what would be the most efficient/ideal places to lvl from 50-55? We're currently in the second floor of garlaige citadel which isn't so bad but i know once we hit 51 itll get stale quick. Any advice would be appreciated. Oh, and me, my wife and my roommate always build our own pt's, so we don't necessarily need to aim for places that are "Popular" necessarily, unless they're the best. lol

Havent lvl'd since I dinged 50, but I understand Quicksand Caves and Crawler's Nest to be some of the best. Anticans in the caves, and helm beetles and the occasional rumble crawler in the nest. By 52 or 53 I think you can hit Boyadha tree for the spiders. Those are the ones I know of atleast.

52~54 tigers in Uleguerand Range. Stay at the entrance to avoid white bombs.

Do you have to have the promyvs done to go there? For that matter, besides phomiuna aqueducts and lufaise meadows, where else cant you go before doing them?

Thanks guys. And we have PM's done up til the diabolos fight. So i'm pretty sure we get access. And I think the range is like movapolos anyway, just need the expansion to get access rather than completed missions

i think that one is free to go in. It's zoned from the north of xacabard so you'll need some teleporters.

King Ranperre's Tomb on bats is nice 50-55. I leveled there and there was only ever one or two parties there. It's a nice place to get EXP, and very fast too.
