BCNM40 Giddeus Strategy

Can someone who has a lot of experience give me a good strat on Giddeus BCNM40? My pt consists of PLD/WHM/BLM/SAM/BRD/DRG.
Basically we have a main strat down where we attack the Black Mandra while the BRD keeps the White Mandras slept except I think we are having positioning problems. Where should the BRD and WHM be?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone should bunch together to keep the monster together, easier to sleep them that way. Also, mages need to watch the bard's HP more than the tank's
