I regularly use the translation feature and I've gotten to the point where they understand what I'm saying, but apparently I put the phrases together so well that they think I can actually SPEAK Japanese and I have to type 'English

' to get them to speak more simply.
When I see numbers after the letters "LV" I usually understand what they're talking about and their various status macros are easy to get...and I'm usually the one who's collecting a PT, so I already know their Classes and lvls.
Getting a party together is the only hard part, making a plan and actually fighting is easy.
Everyone knows their job, so I don't have to tell them much and all the monster names are in English, so we can say early on what we're going to hunt.
I just prefer the bilingual players who have a base understanding of English so I can learn a little Japanese on the way.
I'm pretty sure I committed the kanji for 'Thanks' to memory (at least that's what he said it meant. ;x)
I like speaking in English to offer them the same opportunity.
I guess I should put a lil more effort into learning romanji,
but for now when I get JP PT members, it goes pretty well.
