PLDs fav EXP locations

Guess, I'm just bored but I'm interest in what other PLD do/did...

If your a Pld and you EXP or merit where do you like to go? How do you do it? what do you use? Whats the strangest Merit EXP combination you did?

Me first, before PLDs invites really dropped out I had fun DD/tanking with a good DD set (notable items being Tatami sheild, Haubergeon etc) and killing weapons in sky... with the shield giving TP, I was able to keep up with the other DD's quite easily,we were partied with a pal of mine who was a PLD/nin DD and he would cover and heal me while his Utsu was up when my HP's got too low... very hard to get RDM to actually want to do this... but sky was very empty with the release of ToAU, but with the PLD auto refresh+ refresh, and 3 other DD's at the time... 2 DRG and a RNG, and lots of Bored RDM at the time... we were roaving around cleaning house on weapons and me and my fellow PLD took care of all the heals leaving the RDM open to DD/nuke when he didn't have to cast refresh... Only happened once but it really worked out well!

I rarely exp/merit on my Paladin, but when I do I like fighting Trolls in Mount Zhayolm. Usually as a standard party (non burn). I try to mix my gear up between some +enmity, some +shield, defense and offense and eat sole sushi. With a high shield skill I can get tp fairly fast on through shield blocks and my own attacks.

Lately I enjoy getting experience on my Paladin while farming for pop items in sky or sea (I enjoy sea more).

I'm fond of paladins in TP-burn if they know how to cure people other than themselves. Takes a LOT of pressure off the RDM (usually me) who's usually extremely pressed for MP between Haste, Refresh, Sleep, and Dispel duties on top of main healing and erasing status effects.

For 66-70 I *really* had fun with the Marid mobs. There a solid hard hitting mob that really makes you feel like a Tank to stand up to. That the chigoe chains net fast and juicy xps is icing on the cake.
