      The workouts start on Monday. I have a buddy who is already a member of the gym near me and goes to it as regularly as I plan to. He's offered to be my motivation/drill Sargent throughout the process. Given that I plan to do nearly all my exercises with free weights (for the very same reasons as Armando stated... because it's absolutely true) I'll be in need of a spotter anyway. I'm just lucky I've got a friend who has the time. Thanks L!

      Just be careful you do not overdo it starts slowly and then slowly work up. You will start to feel it after a few days and you could get quite a bit of pain. So just take it easy and slowly work up over the next few months.

      By the way, I am typing this without my hands, no I am not using my nose or cock, but have just spent the last two hours training my new Dragon speech software, which is going to help a lot in my sci-fi story writing as well as typing out those mundane specifications. It is actually working a treat which is a lot better than I thought it would.
