My son wants to do Slenderman, but he's not even 4 feet tall. He is .. slender, so maybe people will still get it, but the scare factor obviously wouldn't be there. Not that that's really important for a kid's costume, I guess.

Soul Eater - This is Halloween

I didn't get into Soul Eater, but that's a very well done AMV.

I'm working on Halloween myself. I've been scheduled that way for 5 years.

I question the wisdom of doing Slenderman without elongated arms or walking about on stilts. I read a blog by a fellow who decided to go about the city dressed as Slenderman, made the idiot mistake of walking into a store with the nude pantyhose over his head and got the police called on him

Now, if this were Splendorman, it might be less risky.

As for me. I will be showing up to wherever, whenever as Video Game Nerd. Or just me like usual.

I do think with some small effort I could find a Vault jumpsuit, but it turns out getting a reasonable looking Pip-Boy 3000 requires either lots more money or some serious Bethesda fandom displayed on the internet (which I hear gets Youtubers lots of swag). I don't think I'll be doing that this year - maybe next year.

Tempted to go with Darth Vader again, I'm tall and chunky enough to actually fill out a Vader costume and have a deep enough voice to make it work.

Downside is that kids always steal my lightsabers no matter how many backups I buy.

I didn't get into Soul Eater, but that's a very well done AMV.

Mhm. I liked it. I never miss the specials they put on television. SciFy always has generic stuff. They also show Nightmare Before Christmas usually in my area during Halloween and during Christmas.
