Was on Kotaku, but here it is for those that missed it or simply don't frequent Kotaku at all. Friend of mine showed it to me and all I could say was "Holy shit."

Your "something" means nothing. For crying out loud, you're quoting the voice of someone from the DS version of what was originally a 16-bit game!

He's not talking about the 8-bit heaven part, man. He's talking about that scary...thing next to it.

I don't think it's a matter of the 8-bit era being overrated so much as it's just one big nostalgia trip (nothing wrong with that.) Many of the trends in next gen games are pretty overrated too.

....oh.... talking about that pic -.- a friend made that for me that I cant really contact anymore and this was about 5 years ago, when he first started his drawing stuff......I kind of like it.

I think we are talking about 2 different things, and besides, the quote I am using is from the original translated version of FFIV on the SNES, and is more to go with the bigger pic, and not the 8-bit Heaven one I made.
