my g/f said something about using that as a prank and I reminded her that I could survive the jump off our balcony and be gone within 5 minutes.

Both times happened when she had to move out and subsequently latched onto a guy so she had someone to move out with. She is currently latching unto a guy and searching for an apartment because we've given her a GET OUT date. Soooooo.....

OK, I think I've mentioned before that I work in a Business Office at a school district. I work in Accounts Payable and we distribute Purchase Orders to other departments and they fax/walk-in/mail them to wherever they are going. Anyways I got a call about 10 mins ago from Office Depot from one of their many foreign reps (/cry.)

She informs me that the items that we wanted to order were not in stock and that they had invalid catalog numbers on them. The lady gives me all 3 purchase order numbers and then when I put them into the system I realize they are to a different vendor. I thought I missheard the lady saying that she was from Office Depot because the numbers she gave me were linked to Gordon's Food Services. So I notify the lady that the POs were in fact ours, but they were linked to a different vendor. So after thinking about it for a second I asked her "Does the PO say Office Depot anywhere on it?" and she replied "No."

I then asked her to look at the top center of the PO and in the center it has Our Name and Address and under it the location of the business that we are sending it to. So she read it all back to me and then said "Gordon Food Services."...I'm gonna go with that's the reason why you don't have it in stock. Some knucklehead in the health department accidently faxed the Gordons PO over to Office Depot.

I mean....Office Depot is pretty dumb to not notice that it specifically had food items on the PO, THEY KNOW THEY DONT SELL FOOD!

Gordons Food Services just called the accountant I work with to inform her that they just received 3 Office Depot PO's. Man....This is the biggest epic fail ever. I mean we have problems with Health all the time so this is pretty funny IMO.
