Again, how is it funny? Just because it says something true, but slightly odd, or insulting? I can understand something being 'funny because it's true', but these examples not so much.

Everyone's sense of humor is different Feba. Just because you don't find it chuckle worthy doesn't mean other people do not.

I'm not saying it isn't funny, I'm saying I don't understand how it's supposed to be funny. Hence asking, 'how is it funny?'.

So many things I could say. Yet I've come to realize words can not really explain it so, I'll just let it be.

I am actually excessively diverted by their idea that we are all packing heat. I own more blades than guns. I own no guns, actually, but my father has a few. The idea that they think we all must have full scale armories going is hilarious. But anyway, working retail, I've actually gotten slightly better at being able to tell Japanese from Chinese (once you get used to it you realize they don't look that much alike anymore) though I still seem to have problems with other nationalities. I never assume, though, even though I have a high interest in Japanese and Chinese culture and would love to just talk to some of them about their towns or whatever. I'm afraid I'll misjudge and offend. :/ There was a Japanese exchange student in my college though, and she must've thought it was great to find someone so interested in Japan (outside of mere anime fixation) that when I asked her about her hometown and stuff, she went on forever. And when I did give a speech on the history of anime (we had to do one on a form of entertainment, sue me. I don't actually watch much of it beyond Trinity Blood and Wolf's Rain) she was smiling at me the whole time. o.O; I tried to focus more on the cultural aspects of it, and the fact that their tolerance for some things in shows is different from America's, blah blah. She seemed impressed. She invited me to visit her if I ever did go to Japan and I'm like 'Yeah, I doubt I'll ever have the money, but if I do, sure!' I forget now what city she was from though.... and now I wish I'd known about the gun thing just to see if they all really do think that.

We all know you have guns. You just want us to get rid of our guns, so you can use your guns to enslave us! TYRANT!
