Unfortunately we don't celebrate Halloween here in the Netherlands, but we got something called Carnaval. It actually starts at 11/11 every year and lasts till the first day of fasting, which is usually in February or March. On saturday till wednesday before the fasting begins (which is an old Catholic tradition, but no one really does it anymore), people can "sow their wild oats" and drink, eat and have fun all day long. We dress up on those days.
On one of those last four days there is usually a float of wagons that have been decorated with all kinds of puppets in paper maché.
When I was younger Carnaval was a lot of fun, but now that I'm older I don't participate in it anymore. The last time I did, I was dressed up as The Crow, looked really cool with my black hair, white face and long black coat...

Yeah...........So I got the Speed Racer costume and it didn't fit and it was the wrong color and dirty >.>, GJ whoever made it.

I'm gonna have to make one, I already got the helmet, the shirts and the pants, just need the G logo and yellow gloves.

If I had known it wasn't going to be as it was advertised I would've made it in the first place. I don't know how the hell the pants and hat that came with the costume were white and the jacket was creamy colored, the helmet was also white and the Speed Racer Logo was different as well. I won't be buying any more costumes from them, although I ordered from them 2 years ago when I got my Darth Vader costume and they were pleasant to work with then, they need to tell whoever does their website to get it together because that is false advertising.

Im going out as a serial killer. My plan is to take a bunch of those little Kellogg Ceral boxes (the small personal ones for camping and such) staple them to some shirt and pants and poke little plastic knives into them.

Was thinking Hush from the Batman comics, he's about as straight-forward as you could get with Batman villians. Beige pants, boots, black shirt, trenchcoat and head wrapped in bandages.

As for me, no clue what I'm going to be this year. I thought about being a pirate again, but most of the stuff I used to dress it up the year I did it is in Pennsylvania, and I'm not sure I really want to buy a costume. The bf naturally wants me to wear something sexy (read: slutty) but I'm not sure I'd really look that great in one of those skimpy things made for skinny people.
