A better (clearer) version of the image is on the left side, the right side is the primary display on a duel-monitor setup.
Left side doesn't have any icons, since it's generally reserved for permanent displays, like when I have my Torrent client open, or some web pages. I also keep FFXI on that particular display.

I can't remember where I got it from as I got it 2 years ago and have a folder of different backgrounds that I use, I always change it once a month.
You might want to also try this website as well, some beautifull 3D fantasy and sci-fi art on it, view the fullsize and save the image. Fantasy & sci-fi art Retired Galka enjoying his Mithra's.

In the TNG episode "The Pegasus" Starfleet Intelligence is found to have been experimenting with creating a cloaking device. Picard reveled this to everyone, including the Romulans, with the implications that things were going to get somewhat difficult for the senior officer involved.
