Ok, who hacked Feba's account? That is the most foolish thing I think I've heard. Tattoo'd skin is still naked skin. Since this was showing a tattoo on the genitals of a male, it was showing the naked genitals of a male. Explicit pictures are not allowed on the forums.

... It's a picture of a cock. Regardless of alterations, full frontal is definitely not PG-13, which is what we generally try to keep it around here.

Anyway, that's the most well done tatoo of its kind I've seen (meaning it beats about two others) but I can't imagine what would possess someone to do such a thing. Seems like either permanently transfiguring your genitals or getting stabbed in them with a needle hundreds of times would turn most people away ...

I can see where you're coming from Feba, being an art student myself. However, just because art contains nudity doesn't mean that it's not adult content. Art such as Michelangelo's David or Titian's Venus of Urbino may be masterpieces that are accepted by various societies, but they are still explicit and could be considered by other groups to be offensive. I understand if you think nudity is harmless, I do too. I love boobs. But we don't speak for everyone on these boards and everyone should act within the rules stated.

Our board rules clearly state no nudity. I may consider some hentai or other adult art to be worth critique but that still doesn't mean it should be posted on these boards by anyone. As Taskmage said, it's a cock. That's not allowed on these boards as stated in the rules.
