Oy...I'm sure some huge lawsuit will be filed and hundreds of other "distraught" parents will jump on the bandwagon.

As for replacing it, some kids are entirely picky. This news kinda made me blink a few times. People can get concerned over small things, but of course don't let your 5-year-old running around saying "Kill James!" to all his classmates. Imagine the time-out that kid would suffer every day.
