FYI it is also why the D&D guys can also hear me randomly muting my mic if I am not clearly eating dinner during a session (if that actually makes a noise because I don't know)

My wife works as a waitress at a restaurant in our town. She occasionally gets to wait on various would-be celebrities come and go... but today took the cake. Ever heard of Damien Echols of the West Memphis Three? No? Well then I'll just leave this here:

I guess I could try to find some sonar clips on youtube for bats. Not sure if it would be close.

That is difficult since you need it to be recorded with a mic not built to actually pick up that in a manner in which we humans are accustomed to hearing. With those specialist mics it's a very high pitched squeak. If a regular mic picks up up then you get the dubstep feeling.

This isn't even a pet peeve, I just feel sorry for her.

The pet peeve is when I get to play coop. If you thought RE6 was painful, try it with someone who sucks at video games.

Where do people learn to drive in this forsaken region? Swear, no one seems to know how to drive or pay attention in the MD, DC, Northern VA area. Get people cutting in front when they have a yield sign, got a speedy Gonzales talking on his cell phone changing lanes with no signals, a stupid one cutting in front to make a left turn while I'm coming in from a green light, in the right of way. No offense to ladies on the forum, but damn, female drivers in the SUVs and muscle cars, do not know how to drive, stop, yield or understand the term, right of way. A four way stop sign, with you slowing to a stop while I'm already at a stop with my signal on, doesn't mean you actually yield and speed through. Bleh, figures too, days I see cops at every corner, no one on the roads, days with no cops in sight, everyone turns the main routes into parking lots with accidents.

Honestly the terrible driving spans all demographics. People around here just don't know how to drive. I swear if we took everyone who drives recklessly off the road we wouldn't need to expand roads to deal with congestion ever again.

I've always supported mandatory re-testing of drivers every ten years. While you wouldn't think people would be as stupid as they are on a regular basis during a road test with someone who will actually have the power to keep them off the road, you'd be amazed what kind of terrible things people do daily that they don't even think are wrong. It would weed out some of the worst of the worst.

Not only that, keeping these testers and/or re-testers employed would create nationwide jobs in a shitty economy, while it would mean more tax dollars since the DMV is a government agency, it would just mean that they need to allot it somewhere else. Perhaps out of those fat Senate and House paychecks.

But still, if you forced everyone on the road to be tested every ten years, you'd remove some people from the road. Take their license and their vehicle's tag so they can't drive home, too, so it forces them off the road. And when people are 85 and they can barely hit the damn gas pedal anymore and cruise at 20 miles under the speed limit, you can remove those fuckers from the streets as well.

My peeve right now is these Fridays honey barbecue poppers I bought, they are damn good, but there's too many! I don't want to waste them but I'm starting to get full.

I don't know if this is a peeve or just hilarious, but I saw someone demanding journalistic integrity from satire today, as well as professionalism in the comment section he was criticized and downvoted in.

I don't know whether to feel pity or to point and laugh.
