Work-related drama.

Okay, there's this one bitch I work with. Unfortunately, she and I do the same job, so I'm stuck with her damn near constantly. I wouldn't mind her so much if she didn't get offended at every. little. thing. someone. says. to. her. I'm talking about stuff like, "Oh, you're going too slow, better pick it up!" Now she is pissed at the person who said it, even though they were totally joking. It's not even truly offensive shit that offends her, but STUPID shit like that.

Right now she's got a shitlist that's just growing and growing and growing. And every time someone gets on her shitlist, I am the first to hear about it.

I don't fucking want to hear about it. But I can't just tell her to STFU because I want to keep my job. But everyone at work knows that her attitude is absolute shit. People mess with her ONLY BECAUSE she takes it so personally. They get a rise out of her. You know I learned that lesson in the first grade, that people mess with you because they get a reaction. If she'd just let it go, people would leave her alone. Instead, everyone continues to troll her because it's easy.

And I guess now she is pissed at me because I'm obviously tired of listening to her bitching, and to top it all off, she won't stop singing along with her iPod, loudly enough that my own music in my earbuds is not enough to drown the sounds of her annoying fucking voice out.

It should be legal to murder coworkers. Until then, though, the rest of us just avoid her and try not to talk too much about how we thought high school was over many years ago.

I felt like this earlier when my SOB boss sends me a email that basically said that "People are saying that I'm not doing what I'm supposed to be doing." I know for sure that it was the asshole lady that I work with that probably said it, even though she may "Think" I'm not doing anything, I actually do 5x more work than she does on any given day. On days when I have to cover other departments as well, I do 10x more work that she does on any given day, so IMO she should STFU! I swear that when I was working with the previous accountant I never had any problems with my job, now I have plenty. I like how she apparently has time to keep track of what I'm doing when she should actually be doing work herself. Nobody says anything to her when she stops working to take 15-20 minute cell phone calls almost every day while sitting at her desk.

She was talking to one of our ex-coworkers one day (personal call) and she said "Hold on a second, somebody just called me twice, it must be important." I'm glad that I keep records of things just in case I'm ever called in before the boss, I can make her dumbass look stupid. Furthermore if I was not there for 2-3 days, that whole end of the department would crash and burn.

TL;DR: some people need to just STFU and MYOMFB!

I worked with a lady who was easily offended.. she wouldn't get mad, just sad or let it stress her out. It was annoying.. like calm down..

I found this idea on IMDB. It was inspired by the movie Amelie, where Amelie is sitting in a theater watching an old black and white movie. She turns to the camera and says that she hates it in movies where people are driving their cars, but don't ever seem to be looking at the road.

Since we're on the subject of TV shows, what annoys you about movies/TV/video games

- I hate it when characters on-screen are playing video games, but none of what they're doing, or the overblown sound effects, seem to match what's actually happening on-screen.

- I hate lack of attention to internal consistency. Was watching a movie where somebody is holding a microphone while singing. It's in his left hand in one cut, then in his right in the next (no indication that he switched hands), then a cut later, in his left hand again. In another case, a group of girls hear that some guy is going to immediately quit his job at a temple and they decide they have to talk him out of it. But apparently they had time to change from their casual clothes to their school uniforms before they stop him.

- I majored in Psychology in college, and I hate it when the subject of Psychology comes up in a show, but the "experts" on screen talk as if all their knowledge comes directly from a Popular Psychology Magazine, or say things like "Studies prove..." rather than "Studies suggest...".
