It turns out AMSCOT (payday advance/check cashing place) has Prepay Mastercards. Since I've had cash on me but nowhere to put it (since my bank is 1100 miles from where I now live, yes, I plan to open a new bank account closer), I was able to throw a good chunk of that into this card and start playing again.
