The Tank should always be either the highest lvl member or tied with the highest lvl member. IF the tank is 57 and a DD such as a DRK or MNK is 58-59 you will have problems. I leveled PLD before the RNG nerf and I got into a lot of parties where members were 2 levels above me and it would be rough. If I was the same level as the highest DD things were smooth as can be. Shurikans are awesome for hate if you macro +R.ACC rings in. I was in a party in my 40s where the THF had to start SATA onto the SAM because the SAM could not turn the mob from me, and I got hate off the SAM with my next voke.
