Ninja's base delay?
What is ninja's base delay? I swing faster then monks with 2 katanas and this is while monk friend is using +60 delay katars and he has all his haste items! I am assuming my total delay is only 150ish but does anyone know the accurate number?

I found it a great joy when I was attacking faster then my monk friends =D haha

Unlike MNK, i dont believe NIN has a BASE delay. I believe its just you delay of weapons added together. I have used a stop watch on my nin and my MNK and i have this equation:
D=delay MA=Martial Arts
B=Base DW=Duel weild

MNK has B=400 Nin has B=0
MA = .5% Dec DW = .6% Dec

If MNK uses Graps then the Grap D is added to base. For example
Graps that have D=90...it would work out like this..
90+B/Ma=D
With NIN it works kinda similiar Katanas with Delay of 190....
(2*190)/Dw=D
Now that is VERY VERY basic...you also consider MNK and NIN get martial arts and duel weild at different lvls. I have not figured out if it stacks or does one replace the other with higher value.

Juat about ya. the way i see it...if you manage to get the sonice belt (Arthro is incedibly easy to beat), then you should add some dusk equip to help boost more haste, a pair of fumas, and a macro to equip JSE rings/earrings at yellow HP. If all that can come together well, then what you have IS a damage dealer. To REALLY piss people off stack some acc and get a Kraken Club (over kill).

Dual Wield Level Coefficient:
LVL 10 = (1st weapon delay + 2nd weapon delay) * 0.90
LVL 25 = (1st weapon delay + 2nd weapon delay) * 0.85
LVL 45 = (1st weapon delay + 2nd weapon delay) * 0.75
LVL 65 = (1st weapon delay + 2nd weapon delay) * 0.70
* Additional -0.05 with AF

Found this somewhere before but don't remember where.
