difference between ninjitsu?
whats the difference between the ichi and ni ninjitsu? a japanese player that didnt really understand english basically told me ni is better because ichi casts slower or something.

so if ni is better (which id assume, since it requires a higher lvl to learn/use it), whys it so much cheaper than ichi? the same player also said something about it being cheaper because it is 'dropped', but that still wouldnt explain why the other stuff is so much more expensive

Only explanation I can give is that Ni Ninjutsu must have higher drop rates or people tend to hunt monsters who drop Ni more than Ichi. Just my thoughts.

Because it's dropped is the exact reason it's cheaper. People are lazy, when retail first came out I sold a fire stack for 3k, fire isn't hard to get and yet it sold for a lot. With ni it is dropped, with ichi you have to get a quest and that take prescious time, basically, people are lazy.

well for fire crystals i can see why, since theyre needed and people dont wanna take the time to get them, and there is no subsitute for what theyre used for.

for ninjitsu, why would anyone pay up to 10x more for worse ninjitsu? i dont see why Ni being more common would make the worse stuff more expensive, if ni is better and more common, what reason would anyone have for buying ichi?

I think another reason is demand. Without blink a ninja is a pretty lame duck, if they want to be a tank anyway, which is their main role in pt. So in order to level past 13 and even make it to lvl 37 where you can use Ni, you almost _have_ to buy ichi. Thus why the demand is so high for that first stepping stone. Oh and incase you didnt know, ichi is japanese for one and ni is japanese for two

Ichi is japanese for one. Ni is japanese for two. Utsusemi: Ichi is Blink: 1, Utsusemi: Ni would be Blink 2.
