Kaeko used Teleport-Mea for his test, and if Teleport-Mea works I don't see why something like Warp or Return Ring wouldn't, assuming the destination is the same zone you're already in.

Technically Sea zones into itself too, but nothing tracks in Sea.

Also, anybody else notice that they've called the add-ons a "trilogy" now? So Maaaaaayybe if we don't pester S-E for another expansion pack while we're still dead in the middle of the newest one while still receiving content from the last one (you all know who you are), then Maaaaaayybe S-E won't decide to go George Lucas or Douglas Adams on us, and that will be the end of that. (Hint. Hint. Again: you all know who you are.)

The port options seem pretty limited in use, would have been nice if it included TAoU or WoTG, or even zones like Zi'tah. But it's free so I guess I can't complain, I'm already saving money on the 3 mini expansions when I buy the ultimate collection.

And YM, I take it you want SE to finally finish WoTG? >.>

wow i can this as a part of even HNM ls requirement right now.

Watch people make mules just to sit there with their nexus cape.

But notice something?

Not everywhere works, only 2 COP area is included (tiamat!) and no TOAU area nor WOTG.

At least you won't get people in that easily (a.k.a sky, sea..whatever fast)

Umm... I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not, or to what you're replying to, but it doesn't work in ToAU zones (1st & 3rd points in quote out the window) or sky (2nd point).

The rest you said works as planned though (well, for the feather possibly, depends on how it works).

A friend pointed out to me that the only places you can't port to using this cape are dungeons and places you need to quest/mission to gain entry to.

Well, except for Carpenter's Landing. But who really cares about that place?

Except you'd still have to get to Attowah and talk to the NPC to get the key item. I mean, sure it might save someone 10-15 minutes (as anyone who does that run enough will get used to the climb) but I don't see many people paying for that kind of service.

In the end it's a nice, but non-game changing added bonus but not something anyone will be hurting for. Just like the Tidal Talisman didn't really mess anything up, neither will this piece.

Actually, I just want players to stop being so demanding/impatient. Obviously it'll never happen, but maybe they could keep it to a dull roar if they knew it meant that S-E wouldn't try to sate the crowd with relatively rushed creations such as the add-ons alongside the expansion content that they are already getting (and then spitting that the expansion content for that particular update was superior in quality, well no duh).

It's absurdly unreasonable to think that S-E would be tossing yet another full expansion pack on top of the WotG content we were/are in the middle of, especially when it's still questionable whether or not the additional content flow from Aht Urghan has completely finished yet.
