It’s from the movie ‘the wedding singer’. The girl in the movie (Julia) is engaged to a jerk whose last name is Gulia (sp). So…hence Julia Gulia if they got married.

Kinda reminds of Dumb & Dumber. If Lloyd Christmas married Marry Swanson…she’d be Marry Christmas.
