EDT = PDT + 3. It's 13:00-16:00 EDT. 1 PM to 4 PM. (If you're actually still in standard time instead of daylight, wtf. That's... I don't know, an hour one way or the other.)

Exactly, its not.

If you want to make that argument, then technically it did help. Anyone who hit the fortification, even without tags, did damage to it. And damaging the fortification lowers the strength of campaign mobs during battle, making them easier to defeat.

And how exactly did people skilling up in campaign without tags lead to those results? Are you using the same non-logic as the people who said /BRD spell spamming was the cause of beastmen taking over all zones?

A - Face it, the WHM update was much much better, so in comparison almost anything would look bad
B - The comic is much funnier this way. There isn't much humour in everyone being happy.

Also, I personally wouldn't use the word awesome to describe the changes for RDM. Something or new toys would be, but not awesome.

Just because they're not what you wanted it doesn't mean they suck complete ass. You CAN use them before level 70 or when not Dual Wielding (gasp!)
