No other body piece gives +10 STP, why in the hell would a potentially common piece of gear that's not supposed to really be "better" then anything suddenly do that? Especially when the STP boost comes with a subtle blow bonus as well. You could make an argument for 5 STP, but 10 is just ridiculous.

As a Thf, I'm prolly gonna just go with the basic 10 Acc/att bit. It'd make a good WS piece and decent TP body as well so I'd get plenty of use from it. Unless I can get some sort of EG body like Skadi or Heca, which will most likley never happen, it could easily replace my Dragon Harness and P.Body.

Way I see it, this is to customize to you personal playstyle for a particular job or jobs. The way I would approach this gear personally would be to either build on my existing merits or give my job something it doesn't normally get.

I could take Mirke Waldecors and make a Quick Draw Piece of it for my COR, but ultimately, Quick Draw is about its secondary effect, not its magic damage. If I care that much about my QD Damage, then I'm gonna want a Denali body piece and a good AGI build, the secondary effect of QD is never resisted.

Ranged Accuracy +10 and QD Delay -5 would be more reasonable, but I should also consider my RNG. RNG's gonna have 5/5 Snapshot, so +5% Snapshot is going to make that even better. And since I have Accuracy Bonus Traits out the wazoo and Archery/Marksmanship merits, I'm probably going to want to take that +10 Ranged Attack over the Ranged Accuracy.

So it would be best for me to make this a RNG piece. Not a total wash for COR, though, as this would end up being great WS piece for Detonator as well.

There's nothing on the mage body for my SCH. Nothing. None of my options could make a better healer body than what I have at present and there's not much there for Nuking, either. SCH AF Body is just that damn good and if I HQ it from Limbus, its even better. +15 to all Black Magic skills and +3 INT/MND.

So I'll be going to Mirke Waldecors a second time, this time for BST. I've only ever heard of Pet Accuracy items being Herder's subligar before Mirke came along. Pet Accuracy won't mean much to my soloing, but it will mean something to EXP. Merits and events. +10 Accuracy for me and +15 Accuracy for my pets.

Are these endgame-minded decisions? To an extent, they are, but its more about stacking the benefits of my merits and giving myself things I don't usually have. I'll grant you my COR and SCH would likely see more endgame time than my RNG or BST would, but that doesn't mean they'll always been shelved. Its just there are just better options for COR and SCH out there already from where I'm standing.
