Somehow knew the mage piece wouldn't top SCH body, but I guess I'll be going for the melee piece instead on both characters. Pity they couldn't give BST the Sandorian armor.

I think the point everyone is making is that you can add 10 acc and 10 attack to it, which is pretty much what every melee is going to do anyway. 10 acc and 10 atk is fairly close. If anything it basically turns the mage piece into a great melee piece for whichever mage desires it, including rdm. So of course, you complaining about it is raising a few eyebrows.

Sorry, its not working. RDM got melee gear, hell, RDM had melee body well before this.

If you want something close to Mirke, RDM already has access to it, its called the Paluwhan set.

Sadly no, they simply didn't bother to understand my post. And are over sensitive about anyone saying anything that isn't a praise about SE's way of doing things.

Disappointed but not really surprised to not see 1/tick refresh on the list. That would have been crazy awesome for all kinds of people even if the overall stats still fell well short of Ares/Morrigan, but it's a plot reward that doesn't cost a zillion gil, so it can't be that awesome.

I might get it anyway, I dunno. Storyline fights are usually fun and cool anyway, a nice diversion from leveling or repeating the same endgame content over and over.

When your other options are DA+2%, Store TP+4, Crit+3%, or DW Enhancement+3%, the logical choice for jobs without Haub is the 10 Acc and Attack. The DW Enhancement only really makes a whole lot of sense for NINs and maybe THFs, I don't feel like figuring out how much faster they could potentially get TP. The Crit% is a waste compared to DA%, but I'm not entirely sold on 2% DA over 10 Attack. The Store TP+4 is only appealing to people without Rajas Ring and maybe SAMs; I highly doubt the extra 4 STP really does anything for DDs that already have Rajas + Potent + Chivalrous Chain. Store TP +7 is almost always enough to make the jump to the next tier of "X hits to 100 TP" for two-handers.

I'm pretty much going to have to go with Enmity+5 and Fast Cast +5% for a PLD piece. My DRG won't benefit much from anything there (sporting Askar, so kinda pointless), and it would only be a change of models for my SAM (who will, again, be sporting Askar).

The other options are to make a solid BLU melee piece (Acc+10 and Crit Rate or Fast Cast), or a good Quick Draw piece (QD delay-5 and MAB+4). I could also make myself a DNC Haub, and if by some wild chance I happen to come across the relic body, then I can swap it out for one of the aforementioned other builds.

The only other option is to make a body for my SCH, but there's just not much there for it. Oh well, I'm on PLD more than anything, and I've been needing a good upgrade in the body slot for a long time now, and this'll be a great one here.

After augments this stuff looks pretty good stat-wise, but why does it have to be so butt ugly? The waldecors is probably the best looking of the bunch and that's just because it isn't horribly gaudy. Where are the artists who made homam? They need to bring those guys back for an inning.
