OK, s.e told me that they where working on restoring my deleated char, this was back in nov, and at the time it had been del for 2 months. Now what pisses me off is that theres no time restricition AND im paying for an account that i canot use cause theres nothing there, and was told to leave it empty so that they can restore my char , so there fore i was forced to create a new acount to play until i get my old char if i even get it back, which is 12 bucks for each acount, $24 a month. On top of that s.e told me NOT TO CONTACT THEM TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY CHAR RESTORATION, is this fair? is it fair for me to be billed for an acount that i dont use cause i cant, i think s.e shouldnt charge me anything for that acount until i get my char back, cause if theres no time limit and takes them a year to get my char back, thats money i paid for basically nothing and if it takes them 2 years thats even more, now i know s.e wont try to rip me off but i do hope they are actually working on trying to bring my char back and not just sitting there collecting money for 6 or more months from me when it takes them 1 hr to get my char back. Just letting the frustration out cause it sounds fishy to me that i cant call them for status and even more fishy that theres no time limit and even more fishy that they dont send me messages with info and stats about my poor deleated char, and on top of that im getting billed for it.

I don't think I've ever heard of SE telling people not to call back (Even though I'm sure they probably don't want anybody to call about anything lol.), although I have heard of cases where people waited to call SE after they "put in their request" and some idiot over there didn't turn in the form or turned in the wrong form or the dog ate the form. I'd like to know what the consequences are to you calling them while they are restoring your character. All they can do is say they can't restore the character, and then you call back 2 days later and talk to some other dude and he says they'll do it. Yeah, I know I'm ranting but we all know SE is wishy-washy sometimes.

yeah they asked me not to call about my char info, and im pretty sure i also read it on the playonline website, i also met people who got their acount after 3 months
