We're proud to introduce brand new FINAL FANTASY XI merchandise that is set to make its debut at Fan Festival 2008! A stylish business card case and two meticulously crafted mascot key rings will be available at the merchandise area of the show. The new goods will be available at the Square Enix Official Online Merchandise Store soon after Fan Festival 2008.

FINAL FANTASY XI Original Card Case
The card case may appear simple in design, but it features a high-class finish emblazoned with the FINAL FANTASY XI logo and world map of Vana'diel on its cover. The sleek design allows for the unencumbered storage and retrieval of business cards or cards of a similar size.

The Goblin and Mandragora are familiar to all adventurers in Vana'diel and now they are getting their chance to shine in the form of solid metal key rings. The exquisite details on the characters are amazing to behold.

Now these are cool. Wish they'd say what sort of metal those keychains are, though. With my luck that poor little gobby's ears wouldn't last a month if it's not freaking platinum or something.

It might just be my monitor, so can anyone else actually see anything on the card holder? Here it just shows up as a metal case with a big black rectangle.

Yes its embossed with Final Fantasy XI and has a map of Vana'diel on it. I can't wait to get one! I love having stuff like that and then when I pop it out to hand out my card and people just give you "that look" and I just grin. Love it, love it, love it. And the keychains...............MUST HAVES!

May or may not get the card case myself. It used to be a definite "not," but then I thought, "what if I come across a bunch of business-sized cards I'd have to keep track of?"

Well you can pop your drivers license and a couple of cc's in it too and then plop it into your briefcase. I used to do this a lot when I didn't feel like carrying a purse around in the courthouse. Or really anytime I don't feel like lugging a purse around cause this pops easily in the pocket of my jeans. I have a friend that is a diabetic and he uses it to carry around a couple of packages of sugar, just in case. I know guys that use them to hold a condom. And back in the day we used to put our coke packets in them too. LOL So ya theres more than one use for them.

I need a new gobbie keychain -- I bought a plastic one a little while ago, and most of the paint has worn off, so much that I had to take it off my keychain. It's now sitting in a fairly visible place in my car... guarding my spare change.

I might also consider getting my boss's boss one as well (in his shell he's responsible for kicking members out, so he's known for dropping some bombs)... and maybe a mandy for his boss, since he always seems to put us to sleep. I could also get the mandy for any number of my teachers at school, but I'm afraid nobody would ever get the reference. In any case, they look like pewter. Something tells me it wouldn't be steel or some other heavy metal, if not just because of the nature of SE. Likewise, I seriously doubt they'd be made out of light metals like aluminum because SE knows people won't exactly be easy with them.

Card case is a possibility... now that TGM has given me some ideas...
