Not that anyone cares, but the part on the right looks like that place in Windurst, the north map, with the two buildings over water. The library/telescope place would be the thing in the background.

Probably wrong, but I'd appreciate a comparison shot if anyone cares to go take a look at it.

The cities shown are Aht Urghan, Past San d'Oria , Past Windurst and 1 other I don't recognize right away...

So, I got the Eerie Cloak +1 with the refresh ability you can never use... ;(
I bought two stacks of ginger cookies and traded them to a random monster walking the town. I got through half a stack and didn't get anything before I realized something wasn't working. I've read up on the details, but it only says to trade cookies to NPCs...

Please Help! I really need that infinite warp stick. (Treat II?)

Not that this has anything to do with the Fan Festival, but half a stack isn't going to do it. I've had better luck with the NPCs standing in place than the mobile ones, though that doesn't mean you can't get the items from the mobile ones. It's been suggested on the wiki that if you get an item from an NPC, you should switch to a different NPC and/or wait a full 24 in-game hours to start again. I think I went through about 10 stacks of cookies last year getting 5 of the 8 items (helmets and staves), and I went through 5 stacks this year getting 3 of them (2 I was missing and a replacement for the 10-charge staff).

5 Stacks?! FFXIEncyclopedia said about 2 to get all 8.... Damnit. So, just keep trading and eventually they will give you something then? okay.

Hell, for all I know, I did it wrong and it shouldn't take that many. I'd say at least try to wait for the full game day to pass and/or switch to a different NPC after you get something, like they suggest.
