Will be nice to actually get a good chunk of XP while farming shit like coffer keys. All of the mobs are EP and so I'd always end up getting like 1k from farming keys anyway, but it will be really nice to be able to hook my buffer up at the same time as getting the other shit done. Win-win, if you ask me.

SMN can solo pretty well in the lower levels actually if you use a pole and not a mage staff. The only hard part is keeping hate off yourself and your MP.

Finally a slightly more incentives to solo or duo ( we both loves to duo together : bf and I ). Less exposure to "evil" Party leaders who kicked people out simply because you are not "bestly" equipped or not hitting heavy enough ( too weak ) etc. Hello !!! these are our first jobs to lv. 75. Honestly those Rank 10 people sometimes are impatient and not supportive I swear. Don't get me wrong I have met a few lovely Rank 10's out there ( but it is a separate threat altogether ).


Anyhow, my BIG queries are : will SE actually makes Exp. Chain bonuses for these EP, DC easier to reach or will SE only boost the experiences gain ? Hmmm. That's Interesting. We'll just have to wait and see.

I highly, highly doubt that XP chains will be applied to anything less than an Even Match. This is because it would make it way too easy to have an infinite chain.

Pretty much this. With thf, I just take very little dmg from anything EM or lower, unless it's a mage and it casts a -ga spell. But meleeing mobs, especially in campaign, have nothing but whiff fests against an Eva pumped thf. Hell I remember one time helping a Dnc friend farm her testimoney, she was 70, I was 72. And if (when) things linked, I would end up holding off two because she wouldn't survive as well as me. The combination of sleep bolts and supa-evasion made it easier for me to hold off two mobs then it was for her to do the same.

But War...war can't evade for squat. Can't take a hit either. Which as far as I'm concerned sucks. I've never been one to shy away from taking hits as War, but this damn job just can't take em at higher lvls like it could in lower ones. Ni helps...but I would prefer to avoid /Nin when possible. But on that same token, I don't wanna dance...

Ep and Dc never had exp chains at all, so no I don't think they'll be easier to reach.

Bunnies are the hardest thing I've soloed yet. >_>

One thing I love about soloing /dnc -- finally free of worry from most status effects. It really lifts the <cliche> off of some of the more irritating mob types like Malboro.
