All Worlds Emergency Maintenance (Jun. 10)

At the following time, we will be performing FINAL FANTASY XI maintenance on all worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

Maintenance operations will delete any reservations for Pankration matches. Players who are scheduled to participate in Pankration matches, those who will enter Assault, Salvage or Einherjar areas, or those who will participate in Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance, we ask that you please wait until maintenance is complete before engaging in these activities. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

* The World Transfer Service will be unavailable starting 30 minutes before the maintenance. Please wait until after the maintenance is completed before attempting to use this service.

It works from the front now, lol.

"They Ninja'd back in Fuidama".

This update broke things that were totally unrelated to the update.

They're probably going to fix that 43% Return on Asuran fists while in Footwork Stance, lol..

Do you mean they actually restored fuidama, or did Sneak Attack just stop caring where you were?

Sneak Attack no longer worked from the back at all, only the front. It cares where you are, it just cares in the wrong direction.

leave it to SE to break something cool and leave a THF out in the cold. I guess I'll be playing summoner untill they fix it!

Meanwhile, SAMs had ~20 hours of awesomeness with Overwhelm and Sneak Attack stacking o.o!

oh please, just switch to the front and make sure PT knows for right now, until they fix it. People make to big of deal.

You can test updates all you want, but you really wont know what happens till its applied.

You know, because I'm some combination of lazy and/or sick, I woke up at 1 today, happy to see that my Version Update had went through with 0% Hitch. So I clicked on "OK," and was thrust straight in to the game. I'm greeted with a log in message: "Emergency Maintenance to go from 10 - 12 PDT," and after doing some just-woke-up mental math, I realized that's 1-3 EDT. Much "wut" was had, until I was R0'd from the server.
