I don't see how the TP return on Asuran is broken, especially given how freaking slow you swing with Footwork active (I can TP almost twice as fast with it off)

Isn't, technically, the return almost EXACTLY the same?

Drag Armando or Lmnop in here for the numbers, but someone was barehanded and found out that the delay for Footwork was 8 seconds, or 480, or something like that,

And there was a potential to Double Attack natively w/o WAR sub and all sorts of neat numbers and shit.

I think the problem that arises was that, at the time before the emergency update, Haste gear did jack shit in terms of reducing delay.
