Well I got mine a couple of days ago. I should have asked my JP friend to open it and decipher how I put the code in though. LOL Anyone else get theirs and use the code yet? I'm going to figure it out later this evening and I'll let you know if I was successful.

Its great CD and nice versions of the soundtrack. Been playing on the radio all day and then at midnight for next few days until peeps get theres.

Thats from the SE store description so cancel all of your overpriced pre-orders and go to the link above from Paul (ty) and get it. You'll get your in game item too. LOL

Not to side track this but I had just had to answer back. Why get the head when you could go for the whole deal ? Great for that night out or shopping at Walmart.. >.>

Btw I bet the code is in all most of the CD's or SE will make it available some how in game through some event.

I dunno.. think of the Moogle Hats, the only reason they put them on their store again before they rapidly sold out was because it was unfair to players to not give them all a chance in any country to get one.. if that made sense.. because not everyone can jump on a plane and get to the convention-ness they were sold at. I'd really hate to miss out again >_<

Well I totally forgot until last night to do this. So off I go and guess what? Doesn't work. The slip with the code on it gives a website SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS and below that there is a code. The code is broken into 4 blocks of letters and numbers with 4 characters in each block. So like:

ABC7 DEF8 G9HI 4JK1

Now on the part where you submit code, there are 5 blocks to fill in and if I try to submit with only the 4 blocks filled it I get an error. So I'm thinking that if you bought the JP version of the soundtrack you are SOL. Anyone with the English version? Did you have a longer code than the one above?

Hmm.. that seems pretty.. weird.

Maybe we can argue it somehow so that even if you have a JP code you can input it.. somehow, at the end of the day the code is still valid.

Yes I'm really interested to know if the version available through SE's US website is the same with JP inserts or not. I've been asking around but no luck and my friend is on a conference trip so he'll be no help for a while.

Well, I did get a hold of my JP friend, though I think I irritated him a bit. Guess I'll have to send him a "I'm Sorry" package of US goodies. LOL The code I was using was incorrect. It is a code for a group you can sign up for and use to accumulate points for free items. So he had me scan every page of the booklet, the insert, and even the cd case insert, but there was no other code with the soundtrack. It was sealed when I received it so it could possibly be a manufacturing error, I guess. He's contacting the JP office of SE for me since I think he'll get a faster and better response than I will. They'll probably just think I'm lying and trying to get an additional code or something with my luck. /sigh Guess I might have to buy another soundtrack if I want another code.....*crosses fingers he gets a favorable outcome*
